We are a family owned, Johnston County based general contractor specializing in residential and commercial remodels throughout North Carolina. Our company was built on the bible verse Colossians 3:23-24 “23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving”. We give our best effort regardless of client or project; our standard is not based on whose watching; it is based on our character. Our reward is bigger than money because our inheritance comes from our Lord Jesus Christ.

Meet Our Leader, General Contractor, Dylan Nauert
Larkan Construction was founded and is led by Dylan Nauert, a licensed General Contractor with an unlimited license in North Carolina.
Dylan started in construction at 17 years old as a field worker and steadily worked his way up through the industry to where he is today. He has been working in the General Contracting field for the past 8 years, his experience includes commercial construction, multi-family construction and residential construction. Before entering the GC side of construction, he worked in multiple trades including plumbing, HVAC, framing and carpentry.
He approaches every project with a simple standard: treat it like it is his own home or business. That mindset drives how he budgets, communicates, and executes every job.
Outside of construction, Dylan serves on the Board of Directors and the Building Committee at his church, where he is involved in guiding and supporting the local church.
